Joseph Körbl has over 30-years of experience in global commercial finance, real estate banking, compliance and risk management. He managed a $9 Billion credit portfolio as Chief of Staff at HSH Nordbank. Prior, Joe managed a $3 Billion commercial assets portfolio at Eurohypo, was a banker at Bayerische Vereinsbank. Joe has an MA from Columbia University and a BA from Fordham University.

Dauletkhan Kilibayev has 25-years experience in investment banking, private equity and wealth management. Daulet was CIO at Al Falah Capital and Ordabasy Group investing in the Eurasia region. He was also Deputy Chairman for Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, VP at Credit Suisseand Deputy Director of Renaissance Capital in Moscow. Daulet has an MBA - Vanderbilt University and MSC - Russian Fed. Finance Academy(Moscow).

Levente Polyak has 20-years experience as an executive officer across various private equity, M&A, consulting and finance roles, while working with private equity and institutional investors on $3+ billion of buyout, M&A, and finance transactions. Prior experience includes, Tocqueville, CITCO, SS&C Technologies, Bristol Myers, and Gotham Consulting (a McKinsey spinoff). Levente holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University with diplomas from Columbia & Clark Universities.

Szabolcs Marka is the Innovation Partner, who is a world reknowned experimental physicist that led the Columbia University team in discovery of the existence of black holes. Szabolcs is the youngest tenured Physics faculty member at Columbia University, holds a pHD from Vanderbilt University and a Masters from University of Debrecen.

Steve Poyak, Chairman-Founder, Steve brings a wealth of experience in operating and growing businesses. He was the CEO of Modern Manufacturing Co., an aerospace engineering firm that has been a significant supplier to Fortune 100 co’s Boeing, EATON and Branson for
40-years, having been on the forefront of utlrasonics technology innovation. Steve is a Mechanical Engineer and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
